When abfloor install a flooring system, its normally the case that the existing floor will need a little work. This can be something simple like lifting the existing floor before applying the new floor. It may require more detailed preparation, perhaps damp-proofing then levelling using a latex screed or ply board. You may wish to revamp an existing wooden floor, so perhaps you just need us to sand and seal it. Whatever the scenario abfloor are well experienced to handle all preparation needs.
